Our Essentials classes are the perfect starting point if you’re new to training, or new to CrossFit-style training.
Led personally by CFR owner Heather Savage, this program is designed to build confidence, competence, and a solid foundation before stepping into full classes.
You’ll learn the fundamentals properly, from basic barbell movements and bodyweight skills to understanding workout structure and intensity. Heather’s coaching style is supportive, clear, and focused on helping you feel comfortable in the gym environment while developing safe, efficient movement patterns.
