This is the first step in getting started with us! PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM BELOW & HELP US TO GET TO KNOW YOU A BETTER! Once you’ve pressed Submit, we’ll contact you to organise your first consult over the phone.

    STEP 2

    We will call you to determine your needs and if new to CrossFIt you will be booked into our 1 week Fundamentals program. You will finish this week with a full understanding of what CrossFit Richmond is all about, what our training regime feels like and a mountain of more information to make it easy to transition into the group environment.

    STEP 3

    You will attend 3 x 1 hour small group sessions and receive daily emails with skill and general information that will enhance your understanding of training, nutrition and CrossFIt.

    STEP 4

    You will have completed your first week and be ready to join our community and start the path to achieving your fitness goals.
